Reseller Hosting
QiQ Reseller Hosting is offered as a boutique service. We work closely with clients to understand their needs and to ensure our hosting platforms remain fast and stable.
The servers used for the QiQ Reseller Hosting are located in the Softlayer Washington data centre. Washington offers excellent connectivity and response times for our UK, USA and Australian clients.
QiQ Reseller Hosting servers benefit from four disk drives so, in the unlikely event a drive fails, sites continue to be served via the remaining drives until the broken drive is fixed. Servers are also backed up on a daily basis to the offsite Softlayer data centre in Dallas. Six restore points are available at any one time with clients canable to restore directories direct via their control panel. The servers benefit from 12GB of DDR2 RAM, 8 CPU's and supports WHM, cPanel, Fantastico and RVSkin.

By logging in to our billing system clients are able to order, upgrade or downgrade your Reseller Hosting Package in real-time. If upgrading, the system will automatically calculate any extra payment due until the end of your billing period (either monthly or yearly). Refunds are not provided for downgrades.
The Accounts
In addition to providing your clients with their own control panel (cPanel) for the hosting, we provide you with a Web Hosting Manager (WHM) Control Panel. From this control panel, you can define the packages you wish to offer your customers and set up their accounts - all in real time, without our involvement. We provide you with a chunk of disk space and a chunk of bandwidth and it is entirely up to you how you slice this up amongst your hosting accounts.
Transferring Accounts
Please note, if you have any QiQ hosting accounts using our original control panel (accounts prior to March 2009) and you wish to place them in the reseller system, they would need to be manually republished to the new server. If you have hosting accounts using cPanel elsewhere, in most instances we can import them into the server in an automated manner.
Support
Email support is available from Australia and the UK. Level 2 and 3 support is provided via the data centre and is 24/7 in its nature. We have server monitoring in place so if the server ever requires rebooting engineers are alerted automatically.
