By ordering direct through our billing system, you will receive a welcome email unique to each hosting account which you can share with your client. You can manage all your resold accounts through our billing system but you will be required to invoice your clients and provide them with a first level of support.

Affiliate Program

If you wish your client order to order and pay direct, and for QiQ to provide the support, you can join the QiQ Affiliate Program where you will receive commission on the initial order and ongoing renewals.

Unlimted Accounts and Resources

We do not offer space to support unlimited hosting accounts. Because of the unlimited level of server resources and support that could be required, this is not a sustainable approach to web hosting.

Transferring Accounts

If you have hosting accounts using cPanel elsewhere, in most instances we can automatically import them into the server in an automated manner.

Support

Email support is available from Australia and the UK. Level 2 and 3 support is provided via the data centre and is 24/7 in its nature. We have server monitoring in place so if the server ever requires rebooting engineers are alerted automatically.
