To change or reset your hosting password:
1. Log in to myQIQ at www.myqiq.info If you can not remember your password to access the client area, you can request a password reset at UK Clients: https://myqiq.info/uk/pwreset.php AU clients: https://myqiq.info/au/pwreset.php
2. Once in myQiQ, select the "My Services" menu.
3. Click the green arrow icon
4. Enter your new password. IMPORTANT: You should use a mixture of letters (upper and lower case), numbers and other characters (e.g. !, %, $) DO NOT USE THE "&" sign. You MUST make sure the password strength indicator reads "Strong" for your selected password. 5. Confirm your new password. 6. Click the Update button. To access your hosting control panel, select the "login to Control Panel" link just above where you have entered your password, or visit: UK: http://www.qiq.co.uk/hosting_login.php AU: http://www.qiq.com.au/hosting_login.php
